Principles of working with your data

We operate an e-shop on the website www.trungnguyen.eu 

We process some personal data to provide the sale of goods and operate our website. 

The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR")

 

I.                  Processing of personal data

A. Processing of personal data when using the contact form

If you inquire about our products and services, we will work with your contact details that you provide to us, mainly via the inquiry form. These are: name and surname, email, telephone.

This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract, or taking measures before concluding a contract at your request.

            How long will we process personal data?

If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 5 years from our last communication.

B. Processing of personal data in the event of a purchase 

If you make a purchase from us, we will process the data you provide to us. These are mainly billing information: name, surname, address, email and telephone number.

     For what reason?

We need to process personal data to fulfill our contract - to deliver our goods to you. We will also communicate with you via the contact details regarding the status of your order, or regarding complaints or your questions.

We will further process personal data to fulfill our obligations under the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or for handling complaints).

             On what legal basis do we process personal data?

This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - performance of the contract and Article 6(1)(a c) GDPR – fulfillment of our legal obligation.

            How long will we process personal data?

For the duration of our service and then 5 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.

C. Newsletters (commercial communications)

If you are a purchasing customer and you have not prohibited us from doing so when purchasing, we will use your email address to send you our news.

            On what legal basis?

This is permitted by the provisions of Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, unless you have prohibited us from doing so when making a purchase.

              How long will we process personal data?

5 years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via email or contact us at: support@trungnguyen.eu

 

II.              Who will have access to the data?

>Your data will remain with us. However, we do have some companies or other people working for us who have access to your data because they help us run our e-shop. They are:

  • operator of the e-shop platform Shoptet (company Shoptet a.s., with its registered office at Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, Company ID 289 35 675, the company is registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, File 25 395)
  • companies involved in the dispatch of goods DPD (Direct Parcel Distribution CZ s. r. o., Modletice 135, 251 01 Říčany u Prahy, Company ID: 61329266, VAT Number: CZ61329266)
  • companies involved in the dispatch of Shoptet payments
  • provider of the e-mailing service Leadhub (Company ID: 044 66 683, with registered office at Štefánikova 16/29, Smíchov, 150 00 Prague 5)

We process personal data within the European Union, and in the case of Google and Facebook also within the USA.

III.          What else you should know

We have a designated Data Protection Officer in our company.

There is no decision-making based on automated processing or profiling in our company.

You can object to processing based on legitimate interest.

If you believe that we are not handling your data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, or to take your claims to court.
