Gourmet coffee is a carefully selected combination of Arabica, Robusta, Chari (Excelsa) and Catimor varieties. The blend is incredibly aromatic — once you brew it, you'll be captivated by the scent of spices, chocolate and fruit. The ideal preparation method is using a Vietnamese "Phin" filter, French press, or a regular drip coffee maker. We recommend using a smaller dose of coffee than you're used to — Gourmet coffee, like most Trung Nguyen products, is quite strong and aromatic, so the same amount makes more cups than other manufacturers.
